God has a divine purpose and calling for every one of our lives. The problem is that many in the Body today either do not realize their potential of who they are in Christ, or they do not aspire to attain it. During the next several Wednesday nights during Focus at River of Life, we will be discussing “Blueprint – Understanding the Spiritual Journey.” The 3 main areas we will cover are 1) God’s blueprint for the home, 2) God’s blueprint for the church, and 3) God’s blueprint for the marketplace. However, one of the things about a blueprint is that you have the choice to follow the plan or deviate from it. The basics of our walk with Christ is a clear cut path through salvation that has been laid out for us in the Word; but it is our place to take on “the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior.” (2 Peter 3:18 ) Our desire is that in this course you will be enlightened and equipped for a more God-centered life.

Though the topics we cover be very real, we conduct the class in a laid back, informal manner. You will have the opportunity to work with a team and earn points through attendance, offering, inviting friends, and scripture memorization. And just to make things interesting, we’ve added a little incentive: we’re buying the winning team a dinner cruise on the Reservoir.
